Sodabi Gbe
Sodabi, the local palm liquor that burns going down and warms you from the inside out. Distilled from palm wine in small batches, often in village stills hidden under thatch, it is served at every gathering that matters. The first sip shocks, the second sip convinces, and by the third you understand why Beninese people never pour sodabi alone.
