Makemba-Tag

Kochbanane in all ihren Formen. Frittiert, bis sie goldgelb und karamellisiert ist. Gekocht und mit Salz serviert. Über Holzkohle geröstet, bis die Schale Blasen wirft. Zu einem dichten Kuchen zerstampft. Jeder Kongolese hat eine bevorzugte Zubereitung, und jede Zubereitung hat eine bestimmte Sauce, die sie begleiten muss. Die Makemba ist keine Beilage.
