In Wisconsin, every day is cheese day, but on this particular day, the state leans into it. Cheese curds, squeaky and fresh. Aged cheddar. Limburger (yes, still made in Monroe, Wisconsin, and yes, it still smells). Brick cheese. Muenster. Pepper jack. String cheese. The Master Cheesemakers of Wisconsin have spent 13 years perfecting their craft, which is three years longer than it takes to become a neurosurgeon. This is not a joke. This is Wisconsin.
