El plato nacional y la colina por la que todo botsuano moriría. Carne de res hervida durante horas hasta que se deshace, luego machacada con un mazo de madera hasta que se desmenuza en carne pura sazonada con nada más que sal y paciencia. El mejor seswaa siempre se prepara en un funeral o una boda porque esos cocineros no tienen más que tiempo y una vaca entera.
