Left-Handers Day

Approximately 10% of the population is left-handed. Left-handed people use scissors that don't fit, write in spiral notebooks that dig into their hands, and struggle with can openers designed for right-handed people. August 13th is the day they remind the other 90% that they exist. Paul McCartney, Jimi Hendrix, Barack Obama, and Babe Ruth were all left-handed. The world was not designed for them. They adapted anyway.
