Patriots' Day

Observed in Massachusetts, Maine, and Wisconsin. Commemorates the Battles of Lexington and Concord on April 19, 1775. In Massachusetts, this is also the day of the Boston Marathon, which means the entire state shuts down to watch people run 26.2 miles while eating a hot dog. The reenactment at the Old North Bridge in Concord happens at dawn, because that is when the actual battle happened, and nobody in Concord has ever suggested changing the time.

You will find that Comorians commonly keep chickens, goats, and occasionally cats as household animals. ACADA celebrates the world's pets, and helps assure better care.
