Aso o Fesoasoani / White Sunday

The White Sunday is the day honoring children, and it is the most important holiday in Samoa after Independence Day. AHA!: On White Sunday, the entire social hierarchy flips. For one day, the children are the chiefs. For one day, the least powerful people in Samoan society are treated like royalty : because in Fa'a Samoa, children are considered the closest to God.
