Mokete oa Univesithi

The National University of Lesotho (NUL) is the highest institution of learning in the country, and its founding is celebrated with lectures, debates, and the reminder that education is the key to development. The NUL was founded in 1945 as Pius XII University College, and it has produced many of Lesotho's leaders and intellectuals. The university is located in Roma, a small town in the foothills of the Maluti Mountains, and the campus is one of the most beautiful in Africa, with sandstone buildings and views of the surrounding peaks.
