Kenya's health challenges are immense: malaria, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis, and maternal mortality. On Health Day, the government and NGOs organize free testing, vaccination drives, and health education campaigns. The most visible campaign is the distribution of mosquito nets, which has reduced malaria deaths by 50% since 2000. The nets work. The challenge is distribution.
