Eesti Lipu Paev

The blue, black, and white flag was consecrated in 1884 in Otepaa. The colors: blue for the sky, black for the soil, white for purity and hope. Every Estonian home with a flagpole raises the flag. The flag has been banned, burned, and hidden. It has always come back. The flag is not just cloth. The flag is a sentence that was never finished: we are.
