Cassava paste wrapped in banana leaves, boiled until firm, then unwrapped and sliced like a loaf. The original Congolese portable meal. You unwrap it on the bus, you slice it at the market, you share it with your neighbor. The leaves keep it fresh all day and the taste keeps you coming back.
