The neighborhood that defines Brazzaville's creative soul. Poto-Poto gave Congo its painting school, those vivid scenes of women carrying baskets, men drumming, rivers flowing, all rendered in bold colors on canvas. The bars of Poto-Poto are where taxi drivers argue, artists drink, and every conversation begins with "Mbote" and ends with a plan. The painting school started here and the world noticed.
