Dia del Aguapanela
Hot or cold, lime or no lime, aguapanela is the drink that built this country. In the coffee zone they call it agua de panela, in the coast they add lime, in Bogota they sip it steaming from a gourd. The only thing Colombians argue about more than politics is whether aguapanela should be served hot or cold.
