Fries, curds, gravy. Three ingredients, one argument per ingredient. The curds must squeak, the gravy must be hot enough to soften but not melt, and anyone who puts anything else on top is welcome to but will be asked to leave Quebec. The best poutine in Canada is a matter of violent regional disagreement that has ended friendships.
