The great Eru debate: waterleaf or wild spinach? Every Cameroonian from the Southwest has an opinion and that opinion is non-negotiable. Eru with waterleaf, smoked fish, stockfish, and palm oil, eaten with garri or water fufu, is the taste of home for every Bakweri person and everyone who has visited Buea.
