Buddhist holiday. The full moon of the third lunar month when the Buddha delivered a sermon to 1,250 enlightened monks. Cambodians visit pagodas with lotus flowers and incense, circling the stupa three times. The air smells of jasmine and candle wax and even people who skip pagoda most of the year show up tonight.
