Banana beer brewed the traditional way, fermented in wooden vessels, drunk from a shared calabash that passes from hand to hand. Every region has its own strength and every region claims theirs is the one that puts you down fastest. The sweet smell of ibitoke at a gathering means the celebration has officially started and nobody is leaving early.
