Mogodu Day
Mogodu, slow-cooked tripe, is the Monday special across Botswana and every Motswana knows which restaurant in town makes it right. Served with bogobe jwa logala (sorghum porridge) and eaten with your hands if you were raised properly. Your grandmother's mogodu is the standard and everything else is just tripe.
