Kgotla Day
The kgotla is where the kgosi sits and the community gathers under the tree that has always been there. It is parliament, courtroom, and community centre all in one place where every voice can be heard. When the kgosi calls kgotla, you attend, and when you speak, you speak to the whole village, not just the chief.
