Dia de la Chicha
The corn beer of the Andes, served in a tall glass called a tutuma and always shared. You pour a little on the ground first for Pachamama before you drink. In Cochabamba, chicha is life, and every chicheria has its own recipe passed down through generations of women who know the exact fermentation by taste alone.
