Every Tuesday is ch'alla day in Bolivia, but this one kicks off the year's cycle. You sprinkle alcohol, confetti, and flower petals on what you want to prosper: your car, your business, your new phone. If you have never poured beer on your steering wheel while reciting a prayer, you have not truly lived in Bolivia.
