Phobjikha Potato Season

Phobjikha is famous across Bhutan for producing the best potatoes in the country, and November is harvest season. The joke in Thimphu is that every second potato in the market comes from Phobjikha, and it might be true. The valley's cold climate produces firm, flavorful potatoes that make the most elevated aloo (potato curry) you will ever taste.
