Lobsa Fest Day

Caye Caulker and San Pedro throw the biggest lobster parties of the year when season opens. Grilled, steamed, in garlic butter, or ceviche. Every restaurant on the cayes has a special and every Belizean finds an excuse to get island-side for a plate. The lobster here is sweet and the celebration is serious.
