A day to give respect to cerasee, soursop leaf, fever grass, and every bush in the yard your grandmother ever boiled into a bitter tea. Bush medicine runs deep in Bahamian households, and every family has that one auntie who can tell you which leaf to steep for a cold, a rash, or a bad night's sleep. The bush does the work, you just have to listen.
