Dia do Kuduro
Kuduro was born in Luanda's musseques in the 1990s. Electronic, frenetic, danced with aggressive joy. The dancers throw themselves into it like liberation itself. It is the sound of youth, of the streets, of survival made into rhythm. When the beat drops, every Angolan under thirty moves.
